TO ALL GRAND LODGE OFFICERS, ELECTED AND APPOINTED, PRESENT AND PAST, WORSHIPFUL MASTERS, WARDENS, PAST MASTERS, AND BRETHREN OF THE WARRANTED LODGES OF THE MOST WORSHIPFUL PRINCE HALL GRAND LODGE, FREE AND ACCEPTED MASONS OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
Know ye that pursuant to Article V, Section 1, of the Corpus Juris of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons of the District of Columbia, and by the authority in me vested as Most Worshipful Grand Master, that I, Quincy Gant, Most Worshipful Grand Master, hereby and herein summon the Craft to convene for the 171st Annual Communication of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge, Free and Accepted Masons of the District of Columbia, December 11th, 12th, and 13th, 2019. On December 11, 2019 the session will begin at 8:00 AM and December 12th and 13th, 2019 the sessions will begin at 9:00 AM at the Masonic Temple, 1000 U Street, NW, Washington, DC, for the purpose of reviewing the state of the Craft, and to transact such business as may regularly and constitutionally be brought before it.
To Grand Lodge Officers, Past Masters and Brethren: Advance Registration Fee is $150.00, which must be received in the Grand Secretary's Office no later than November 30, 2019. Late and On-site Registration Fee is $175.00, which applies to those registrations received December 1-13, 2019 Each Grand Lodge Officer MUST register for this Annual Communication.
To Lodges : Each Lodge is required to be represented by the Worshipful Master, Senior and Junior Warden, Treasurer, Secretary, and the immediate (Junior) Past Master. Advance Registration Fee is $150.00, which must be received in the Grand Secretary's Office no later than seven (7) days after the lodge's election. Late Registration Fee is $175.00 which applies to those registrations received after the seven (7) day period.
Registration Fee covers registration, luncheons on Wednesday and Thursday, and the Awards Banquet (Black Tie) on Thursday evening. Additional Banquet tickets are available at $35.00 each.
